Jungian coaching
Explore your inner life, symbols, and personal mythology through transformative coaching rooted in Jungian psychology. Ideal for creatives, seekers, and professionals in search of depth and direction.
What is Jungian coaching?
Jungian coaching is a form of personal and professional development rooted in the ideas of Carl Jung, a pioneering psychologist. This approach helps individuals deepen their self-awareness and tap into their unconscious mind to unlock hidden potentials, resolve inner conflicts, and find clarity in their life's direction.
Jungian coaching emphasizes exploring archetypes, symbols, dreams, and the shadow (unconscious aspects of self) to promote growth and balance. It encourages a holistic view, connecting the client's life purpose and values to help them achieve authentic, transformative change.

HEAR THIS STORY
Once upon a time in a rural area there was a great drought. Not a drop of rain for months. Exhausted by the disaster the villagers decided to send for a rainmaker.
When the rainmaker arrived from another province, he asked for a hut in which he locked himself for three days. On the fourth day, out of nowhere dark clouds began to gather and it began raining.
The amazed villagers rushed to the rainmaker asking him how he did it. "I didn't do anything" - replied the rainmaker. "But what were you doing for three days locked in a hut?"- asked the villagers.
"You see" - replied the rainmaker - "I come from another province where things are in order. Here they are out of order. Your whole province is not in Tao. As a result I'm not in order either because I'm in a disordered country. So, I had to wait for three days till I was back in Tao. The rain came naturally after." *(1)

Client Story
Anna’s Dilemma
Anna came feeling deeply stuck. She was 38, thriving in her career at a biotech company, and in a committed relationship in Paris. On paper, everything looked great. But she was facing a big decision and couldn’t move forward.
A new leadership role was being offered to her abroad. It was the kind of opportunity she’d worked toward for years. At the same time, her partner wanted to settle down and start a family. “It feels like I’m being pulled in two completely different directions,” she said during our first session.
In Jungian coaching, we don’t try to fix the problem right away. We slow down and listen to what the conflict might be pointing to. I invited Anna to explore the different parts of herself that were struggling to be heard and expressed. She ended up naming them: one she called “The General”, driven, in charge, ambitious, always planning the next move. The other she called “The Gardener”, quieter, more rooted, wanting space to breathe and connect.
Over the next few sessions, we gave space to both. Rather than trying to choose between them, Anna began to see what each one valued and what each one feared. She realized she’d spent years mostly listening to The General and overlooking The Gardener, who was now making herself impossible to ignore.
There was no magic solution. Anna didn’t suddenly know exactly what to do. But something shifted. She stopped treating the decision as a test she had to pass and started treating it as a way to get to know herself better. Eventually, she spoke to her employer about the possibility of flexibility and started exploring the notion of “family” and what it meant to her beyond social expectations. It’s still a work in progress but she says she feels more at peace not because everything’s resolved, but because she’s no longer trying to force clarity. “Before, I thought I had to pick a side,” she told me. “Now I’m learning how to live with the questions.”
