Within a structured coaching framework, I provide a reflective space in which executives are able to examine strategic challenges, identify potential blind spots, and strengthen their capacity to act across periods of transition, uncertainty, or growth. This work is conducted in accordance with professional coaching standards and emphasises confidentiality, collaboration, and goal oriented support.
Based in Paris, I have worked with organisations including Hermès, L’Oréal, and EDF. My approach integrates systemic coaching, psychodynamic insight, and creative methods to support leaders in maintaining effectiveness while developing long term balance between performance demands, adaptive capacity, and meaning in their professional roles.
Coaching is provided within a non therapeutic professional framework and does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. When issues fall outside the scope of coaching, referral to an appropriate qualified healthcare professional is recommended in line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
