Executive Coaching in Paris
Executive coaching in Paris for leaders, managers, founders, and senior professionals who want to lead with more clarity, steadiness, and impact.
This page is dedicated to executive coaching as a specific form of professional support within my broader Coaching in Paris practice. It is designed for people facing leadership challenges, strategic transitions, increased responsibility, or demanding professional environments where reflection becomes necessary for effective action.
Who this executive coaching is for
I work with professionals who hold positions of responsibility and need a space to think clearly, step back, and move forward with precision. This includes:
executives
senior managers
directors
entrepreneurs and founders
consultants
creative leaders
international professionals working in Paris
Situations that often bring clients to executive coaching
Executive coaching is often useful when you are facing:
a promotion or new leadership role
strategic uncertainty
difficult decisions
complex team dynamics
communication issues with stakeholders
leadership fatigue
a loss of direction or motivation
conflict between performance demands and personal values
a professional repositioning
the challenge of leading change
What executive coaching helps develop
Executive coaching helps you strengthen both reflection and action. Depending on your situation, our work may focus on leadership posture, strategic clarity, decision-making, communication and influence, conflict management, emotional regulation under pressure, confidence in high-responsibility roles, resilience during transition, alignment between role, values, and direction
My approach to executive coaching
My approach to executive coaching combines a structured coaching framework with a broader sensitivity to human dynamics, perception, and meaning. I draw on three complementary perspectives.
1. Systemic perspective
Professional situations rarely exist in isolation. Leadership unfolds within systems made of relationships, expectations, cultures, and implicit rules. A systemic perspective helps clarify the broader context around a difficulty and identify where change becomes possible.
2. Depth perspective
Some professional difficulties touch deeper layers of authority, identity, ambition, fear, or meaning. Reflective coaching helps make sense of recurring patterns and supports more grounded leadership choices.
3. Visual perspective
Because of my parallel work as a visual artist, I also bring a particular attention to perception, images, and what remains unseen in conventional conversation. In some cases, visual reflection helps reveal aspects of a situation that words alone do not immediately reach.
What makes this executive coaching distinct
This is not a standardized executive coaching model. My work is shaped by a rare combination of professional coaching, artistic practice, and sustained psychological training. This allows me to accompany leaders in a way that is both structured and perceptive, practical and reflective.
The aim is not to produce formulaic leadership behavior. It is to help you develop a leadership position that is more lucid, more coherent, and more effective in the reality of your context.
Format
Executive coaching sessions are available in Paris and online. The work may take the form of:
short coaching cycles around a defined issue
support during a transition period
longer developmental coaching over several months
Each coaching process is tailored to your situation and objectives.

Clients
Do not send your managers to a museum for an inspiring visit. Do not ask them to learn how artists produce works. Turn the museum into a true workspace, where leadership issues are addressed through artistic practice and a structured coaching framework. As an artist and professional coach, I accompany you in the museum to turn this visit into concrete work on your leadership challenges.
