Colloquim on Artificial Intelligence & Depth Psychology
Artificial intelligence is not limited to high-performance tools: it transforms our ways of perceiving, dreaming, thinking, healing, and believing.
On May 23rd and 24th, 2026, at the Abbey of Belloc in Urt, France, this in-person colloquium will explore these transformations by intersecting Jungian psychology and contemporary questions.
Here is the workshop I will be giving: The Psyche Facing AI: Inner Images and Artificial Creation
This workshop explores the boundary between images arising from the psyche and those produced by artificial intelligence. Each participant will gather a personal symbol and draw it to capture its inherent vitality. The presenter will then demonstrate, using an example created via AI, how an inner image can be transposed digitally. The confrontation between the lived image and the calculated image opens a Jungian reflection on creativity, the archetype, and the effect of the algorithm on the mind.
